On April 19, 2024, in Bijie City, Guizhou Province, China, a video surfaced showing water flowing inside a building, a consequence of a recent hailstorm. Three days prior, the city was hit by a severe hailstorm, prompting residents to seek shelter indoors. However, the excessive accumulation of hail overwhelmed the drainage system, leading to flooding inside a local store.
