【綠色金融和減碳】
2024-25年度財政預算案將於28/02 （星期三）發表，團結香港基金高級研究員蕭逸駒就綠色金融和減碳方面提出兩點建議。
首先，他建議政府為香港及重點排放行業制定明確的減碳路綫圖，便於各界掌握減排進度是否達標。另外，他亦建議於正在建構的香港綠色分類框架原型內，加入製造業和農業，將行業總數由4個增至6個。

【Green Finance and Decarbonization】
The 2024-25 Budget will be released on 28/02 (Wednesday). Pascal Siu, Senior Researcher at Our Hong Kong Foundation, suggested 2 recommendations on green finance and carbon reduction.
First, He suggests that the Government should develop clear decarbonization roadmaps for Hong Kong and key emission sectors, enabling various sectors to track and assess the progress of emission reduction. Second, He also recommended including the manufacturing and agricultural within the prototype of the Green Classification Framework for Hong Kong, increasing the total number of industries from four to six.
