Can A Patch FIX the iPhone 15 getting HOTTER when its at its LIMIT? Or is it Hardware Related...

Lets TEST if say a iPhone 15 to the iPhone 15 Pro Max gets a PATCH can FIX it from OVERHEATING when it pushed to its LIMIT like with iOS 17.0.3 Patch or is it entirely Hardware Related? We know Instagram bugs may have been fixed...
