An unfortunate aircraft collision at Tokyo's Haneda Airport has resulted in the death of five Japanese Coast Guard personnel with the captain of the aircraft seriously injured. The incident occurred when a Japan Airlines Airbus A350, while landing, hit a Coast Guard aircraft present on the tarmac, leading to a devastating fire. The Coast Guard aircraft was reportedly heading for an emergency earthquake relief task. In a surprising twist, all 379 passengers and crew on board the airliner survived, although the aircraft was completely damaged.
