At no other time of the year is Hitachi Seaside Park more beautiful than when the blue Nemophila flowers go in bloom at the beginning.
The Park is a popular location in Japan where you can enjoy the scenery of each season.
Over 5 million blue nemophila flowers bloom at the 3.5-hectare Miharashi Hills and transform the field to the never ending blue ocean.
The best time to see Nemophila Harmony is usually late April to early May.
Along with nemophila you can enjoy the sights of other seasonal flowers like tulips.

春のネモフィラ、スイセン、チューリップ、初夏にはポピーやバラ、夏のジニア、ヒマワリ、秋にはコキア、コスモス、冬のアイスチューリップなど、彩り豊な花々が四季を通じて楽しめます。
特に春の4月中旬～5月上旬には「みはらしの丘」にはネモフィラが咲き誇り、丘一面が青く染まり、空と海の青と溶け合う風景は、まさに絶景。また同時期には園内の南側にある花の色や形も様々なチューリップが楽しめる「たまごの森フラワーガーデン」もあり、ネモフィラと共に美しい花畑を見せてくれる。
