After reinforcing the platform, changing rolling stocks, adjusting the stopping position and more platform works, the third station to get platform gates on the MTR East Rail Line is Lok Ma Chau! The platform gates entered service on 2023/09/29. No need to wait for one platform to finish this time, both platforms are installing platform gates at the same time. During my second visit, both platforms had one door not operating, even at the same door position. All East Rail Line stations will get platform gates in or before 2025.
