Ever hear of science fiction? Y’know, that genre includes some of the biggest blockbusters of the last 20 years? Well guess what movie every sci-fi film released during that period owes a debt of gratitude to. Answer? Ridley Scott’s brilliant 1979 horror/science fiction/space trucker masterpiece - Alien. It doesn’t get better than this one, and one of our favorite scenes from the movie is illustrated here; Ripley’s final moments trapped on board the Nostromo’s escape pod with the Xenomorph.
