The Nomads try Zambian delicacy "Chikanda" for the first time in Lusaka, Zambia

After our visit to Vonne's Bridal & Boutique, the manager and her colleague prepared a nice snack for us before leaving. To our surprise, "chikanda" was one of the dishes. It is a traditional dish of Zambia and very difficult to make. We have been told by many locals to try it. So what does is taste like...?
