上下九步行街是廣東省廣州市的一個著名商旅地帶，位於荔灣區西關，是上九路、下九路、第十甫路步行街的合稱。 在1995年9月30日正式成為商業步行街。 其實際涵蓋範圍包括上九路、下九路、第十甫路、寶華路、康王路等路段。 上下九步行街為著名的“西關商廊”，也是舊城區最繁華的地段之一。
早在6世紀，廣州的這一區域已成商業聚集區，印度高僧達摩在該地段登岸傳教，因而得名「西來初地」。
明清時期，受益於接待外國商人和使者的懷遠驛（在現在的下九路南側）的建立，大觀河的開通，以及十三行成為中國對外貿易的重要口岸，週邊商業活動興盛。 後來十三行因火災被燒毀，商業活動逐漸轉入上、下九路。 而周邊地段批發市場的湧現，也使得上下九成為廣州著名的商業地段。
