Named for a brief war between Mexico and Spain (because drinking is rhe best way to learn some history), try this twist on a Margarita!
PASTRY WAR MARGARITA:
30ml (1oz) reposado tequila
15ml (½ oz) mezcal
15ml (½ oz) Amaro Montenegro
15ml (½ oz) elderflower liqueur
15ml (½ oz) lime juice
2 dash saline solution
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel
Add all of your ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice and shake as hard as you can. Double strain into your chilled glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and enjoy!
