Having Afternoon Tea? Make "Earl Grey Cupcakes" together to match. Using Reverse Creaming Method to make, thus super direct, no egg separation needed, yet still moist and soft right after baking, neat and fluffy texture. The cake batter is filled with Earl Grey-infused milk tea and Earl Grey loose tea leaves, and the top whipped cream frosting is also filled with Earl Grey-infused syrup and Earl Grey loose tea leaves, full of Earl Grey tea flavor. The new mold ALKO mini cheese cupcake mold used this time has a good non-stick effect, loose bottom effect helps each one to be baked unmould easily. This cake has mild tea fragrance, moist and neat texture, piped with a fluffy and soft whipped cream frosting, drizzled with earl grey syrup which drip naturally, irresistibly appetizing.
Storage Method: Dizzle Earl Grey Syrup right before eating, best eaten once done. Put in airtight container chill in normal fridge for 3-5days. Thaw to return soft before eating.
