This is not medical advice. High fevers, etc. that need medical attention need to be treated appropriately. However, many of the symptoms the children, for some reason especially boys ages 4-16, is a trapped energy. We are all multi-dimensional beings but part of ascension is choosing to pull in the experience and evolve as a collective. In many ways this has never been done with humans the way it is happening now and many Ascended Masters are here walking in human form to show by example. This does not mean their lives are easy. How even psychology, when created by the institutions, has played into manipulating our minds to reject what our hearts KNOW as truth. We are mind-controlled when living in duality in a 3D Matrix world. It's that simple. The only way out is to rise above and NOT PLAY. But, to help those who feel trapped in depression, illness and need a way to think through their shadow side and see how we fall into these lies so easily, I have given the first 6 cognitive distortions from the very well respected Doctors (Yup) Beck and Burns. The DEPRESSION video goes into more detail on the Beck Depression Inventory scale and it doesn't hurt for everyone to do it to 'check in' with how they are feeling and then work to let go of any 'attachments.'
The book I used to refer people to was 'Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy.' I haven't looked at it for years but people still find value in it and they have handbooks if you are starting to really face your SHADOW. For the lightworkers who have gone way past this, perhaps this will help you help others when they are experiencing such duality and cognitive distortions. I drop a few HELL-ywood and ET (negative Alien Agenda) topics people will try to refute, because they can't believe it, but I'm well past the days of hiding these things any longer. Also, the minute you let go of duality, good/evil/ him or me, you UNITE and THEY DO NOT want us united, they want us divided. It is time to wake to the fact that this has been made an industry and I tell some stories to help others understand what I have been up against for decades. I have listed below a valuable tool - a self assessment to help you learn if it is a physical depression or a mind depression. I discovered something in the 90s after 2 medically trained doctors (who I am so grateful for - one YALE and one UPENN - see there are great ones out there, fellow IVY leaguers _ weren't all corrupted...) and it was this that helped me jump into understanding how to wean people off meds through use of herbs and then permanent healing. The below questionnaire you do on your own, so don't lie, you are not impressing anyone and it will tell you at the end what your score is! That score is an answer to the question and with this there are solutions. Please listen to the end of the video and SHARE if this RESONATES. This information may be way beyond what many can feel into or resonate with, but please try to keep an open mind. Since 2000 I have been talking about how our light bodies would be coming in and have been outspoken about the use of meds inappropriately whether for medical or psychological reasons. Yesterday I had the most beautiful portal experience and was prompted to make an ENCODED hypnosis/meditation tape with the information and today as I taped this, the encoded numbers appeared right when I looked at the screen! Living in a 3D duality Matrix is part of the experience of 'feeling' and 'seeing' those in pain, hurting emotionally and living in denial, not choosing to open and expand their spiritual ONENESS. Of course, I recorded this and the iphone heard it so when I finished an ad announced itself and starting talking about how Tinnitus can cause your brain to get worn down and how dangerous ringing in the ears is. The Bible was completely distorted and manipulated by those in 'religious' authority to make men slaves (even the J we worship in some religions is nothing short of BAAL and those head pastors of hundreds of thousands of congregations know the evil they worship while laughing all the way to the bank and filling themselves with pride and LOOSH). ETs made me laugh this morn after a 15 hour heavy mass clearing and they have a great sense of humor, if you allow them to. Lightworkers often have ODD senses of humor so many may not get this message, but then feel free just to laugh at me laughing at myself. We all need a little 'lightening up' today. Play like a child. From the last video of an overwhelming agreement that we are all feeling exhausted...LOVED all the comments and still send energy hugs to all...here is a list of herbs that have helped me the most and a little bit about why. For the last year I have eliminated so many of the ones I used to take because all our bodies are changing. Just as the old systems need to be broken down and released so do old systems of thinking and BEing. On earth, marriage contracts were created to bring two conditionally loving people together to unite into one and this offered structures such as church, state, insurance and ways to bring in money. YES, CONDITIONS! Those conditions had to do with religion, needs, societal beliefs and the fact that you need someone to 'complete' you. Well, spiritual law says otherwise, that if one can unconditionally love self (not narcissism) and unite with source all BE-ingness then that is what brings freedom, love, joy, new unconditional and spiritually evolved unions and so much more. Why would SOURCE limit us to one world, one Universe, one species? Using examples of certain behaviors of large social media, supposed, 'in the know' truthers/leaders who sometimes drop seemingly correct up-coming event knowledge can lead you to entrapment. If an individual thrives on drawing attention to their 'dirty laundry' or 'how they are doing this for you' one might want to think again if we are inadvertently feeding their 'loosh.' Pushing the boundaries again! We are lied to about almost everything and whether you want to know the truth or not, corporations and government are not out for your benefit. There are tips in here that as educated as I was about healing the non-traditional way, even I did not know. (Few dare to talk about these for fear of looking crazy - well, bring it on, each of these are documented and well researched). Our body is a vessel we need to make friends with and love if we want to heal and thrive. Many prefer to remain ill so they can get the attention they need because of an emptiness inside. We have been so programmed by the matrix and systems that we stopped truly caring for ourselves, and not in a narcissistic way, but in a way that stops us from over-achieving, over-doing and getting attention from the outside world because we can't fulfill ourselves in our inner BE-ingness. 'Rearview Mirror Mentality' is a phrase I used with patients and is not a clinical diagnosis! When you look back you take a mental snapshot of your life and it has residue of positive or traumatic energy. This type of energy needs to be released and the 'romanticized' versions of 'holidays' like St. Valentine's Day trap people and force actions that are anything but unconditionally loving. Pay attention and go 'within' because by letting go you can look forward to a beautiful and higher vibrational way of living. If you do the work to save yourself, you won't need others to save you and you can learn that it is not for you to sacrifice yourself to SAVE anyone but YOU! While I will not 'play' in the duality of pointing fingers and saying who is right or wrong, I will help answer questions and show you how to think critically so you can learn how to go into your heart and no longer rely on outside sources to 'feed' you when you are ONE with Source. If you choose to live in the Matrix, in a programmed society, and just go along with what you think others approve of, you will set yourself up for many hard lessons. The old systems were created to control you and to make you feed their needs - not allow you to grow, create and be free as Source wants you to be. If I had been asked even 10 years ago why bad things happen, I would have given you a completely different answer. It would have involved spirituality because from the age of 6-7 I wanted to work with children with cancer and I knew that death was not final. Lifeguard training teaches you the most valuable of lessons, with the first rule being, 'Do not endanger yourself' in order to save the other person.' We all know that often times a drowning person is so scared they will fight and flail and potentially drown you while you are saving them. When you save yourself first and rid yourself of the lies, manipulations and 'indoctrinations' (shared in another video) you can then build up your power and strength, put on your armor of light, and then be ready to help others. Until you have done the inner work to clear your own issues you are simply allowing your ego to run the show and 'pretend' to be saving/helping others. If we all did our inner work first and could hold our own light, then we would end all suffering because there would be no one needing saving!

Signs and examples to help you feel into whether you are a lightworker or starseed; although it just does not matter. Whether you were born in the United States or Africa, there is a mission and a reason and one is not better than the other. Yes, some have way more telepathic skills on-line now, but we are all moving in that direction, if you choose to embrace that you are multi-dimensional and choose to move beyond the Matrix. In today's world there is so much suffering from phobias, addictions, PTSD (Post Traumatic Syndrome) and odd memories returning that we need to keep an open mind and seek out alternative methods of true healing versus simply 'drugging/self-medicating' ourselves. Yes, there may be some reasons for meds but in all the years of practice I weaned almost EVERY (98%) off meds and worked with the Doctors and Psychiatrists whenever they were open to listen. (Sometimes, it was impossible for the traditionally trained practitioners to hear me so I would often pull in a homeopathic or chiropractic doctor so we could do medical weaning together.) Nonetheless, hypnosis, and the thrill of finding a somnambulist, always made my day! You'll hear about it, so listen to the end. Doc Starseed@docstarseed7607 a Ph.D. shares ascension psychology from symptoms to messages to upcoming healing frequency videos to help those confused by the process. To let family members who just don't understand know that we are not delusional, audio recordings are coming soon. Also, helping people understand our beautiful autists are not ill or dysfunctional, but vibrate at a higher frequency and that the new children being born have added DNA structures so they arrive with no Karma and are pure light/love.
