本集的 #TaiwanISHelping 邀請奇美醫院䕶理部副部長江惠英，以及來自貝里斯的護理師 Viviane Stacey Villas，奇美醫學中心為貝里斯提供醫護專業人員的各領域的醫療照護課程，去年 3 月就有 5 名來自貝國的護理師來台交流學習，進行為期 18 個月的手術室護理訓練。在節目中，兩位護理師將會述說兩國合作訓練計畫的起源，也會分享在訓練期間，教導與被教導的感悟。

This week on Taiwan IS Helping, Ryan Drillsma speaks to Vice Director of Chi Mei Hospital’s Department of Nursing Chiang Hui-Ying, as well as student nurse Viviane Stacey Villas. Chi Mei Hospital is operating an 18-month nursing training program that admits students from Belize so they can learn from Taiwan’s excellent nursing practices, and apply what they’ve learned in their nursing careers back at home.
