How to cook DAPANJI HALAL?

【DAPANJI】
Ingredients:
4 chicken legs 500g potatoes 500g noodles500g
Green peppers, red peppers, tomatoes, onions, ginger slices, sugar, garlic granules, ginger slices, millet peppers, soy sauce, rapeseed oil, bean paste

step:
1. Clean the chicken legs and cut into pieces.
2. Clean the potatoes, peel them and cut into large pieces.
3. Raise the pot to boil water, put in the cleaned chicken nuggets, and cook for 3 minutes to remove.
3. Heat oil in the pan, add bean paste and fry for 1 minute.
4. Pour in ginger slices, garlic granules and millet pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
5. Pour in chicken nuggets, potatoes, add soy sauce, sugar, and salt to fry for 3 minutes, add water and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. The noodles are cooked and picked up.
7. Add green peppers, red peppers, tomatoes and onions to the chicken and fry for 2 minutes, then pour it on the noodles.
8. Start eating.

配料:
雞腿4只土豆500g寬麵條500g
青椒,紅椒,番茄,洋蔥,薑片,白糖,蒜粒,薑片,小米椒,醬油,菜籽油,豆瓣醬

步驟:
1.將雞腿清洗淨,切塊。
2.土豆清洗乾淨,去皮切大塊。
3.起鍋燒水,將清洗乾淨的雞塊放進去,煮3分鐘撈起。
3.起鍋熱油,放入豆瓣醬炒1分鐘。
4.倒入薑片,蒜粒,小米椒炒1分鐘。
5.倒入雞塊,土豆,加醬油,白砂糖,鹽炒3分鐘,加水燉15分鐘。
6.麵條煮熟撈起。
7.雞肉加入青椒,紅椒,番茄,洋蔥炒2分鐘,倒在麵條上。
8.開吃。
