Un disturbio de baja presión se encuentra en el Pacífico Este justo al sur de Oaxaca, México y tiene una alta probabilidad de convertirse en la tormenta tropical Frank durante los próximos días. Este disturbio ha sido designado como el invest 97L. Las proyecciones meteorológicas indican que debe mantener una trayectoria hacia el oeste-noroeste sin afectar a México.
Por otro lado, una fase de la Oscilación Madden Julian (MJO) favorecerá que fuertes ondas tropical salgan de África durante las próximas semanas. Sin embargo, condiciones de aire seco y estable dificultará el desarrollo de nuevos ciclones entre el Caribe y África. A diferencia del día de ayer, hoy el modelo Europeo no desarrolla a una onda tropical que saldrá de África. El Atlántico debe permanecer tranquilo por los próximos 7 días.
A low pressure disturbance is in the eastern Pacific just south of Oaxaca, Mexico and has a high chance of becoming Tropical Storm Frank over the next few days. This disturbance has been designated as invest 97L. Meteorological projections indicate that it should maintain a trajectory towards the west-northwest without affecting Mexico.
On the other hand, a phase of the Madden Julian Oscillation (MJO) will favor strong tropical waves leaving Africa during the next few weeks. However, dry and stable air conditions will hinder the development of new cyclones between the Caribbean and Africa. Unlike yesterday, today the European model does not develop a tropical wave that will leave Africa. The Atlantic should remain calm for the next 7 days.
