For half of that race, I was stunned that the reliability of these new cars was so good. Then that was ended when Gasly, Verstappen and Perez all ground to a halt.
Some in more dramatic fashion than others.
And everyone was understandably worried about the reliability of these Honda (sorry, Red Bull) power units. Was this all linked? Or were these separate issues?
You guessed it, Scarbs is back.
So for the Red Bull teams, there were four issues. Gasly’s fire, Max’s Steering, Max’s Engine and Checo’s engine.
And on the surface of it, the all looked linked. But they’re not.
