之二：《一了百了》
可以一了百了，就能從頭來過
關於這四個字，泳兒說：「其實係當時我在網上讀到的一篇報道，是關於中島美嘉的，她有一首歌就叫《曾經我也想過一了百了》，說的是她的一段經歷，當時她耳疾，沒辦法好好唱歌，是人生一個黑暗期。」
泳兒很有共鳴，因為自己也試過好幾年身體不舒服，好擔心，因此也想過什麼都不理。但收到歌詞之後，她對這四個字有了新體會。
為美好生命呼叫
人類於出生時必須呼叫
「我對這兩句特別有感覺，彷彿喚醒了我對生活對事業的初衷。《一了百了》不單是關於想過一了百了，更重要的是懂得把所有憤憤不平或者還沒做到的事情放下來，跟自己說：唔緊要啦，可以從頭嚟過。」
這是一種釋懷。
泳兒還說，收到歌詞第二天有一份特別的工作，壓力好大，好擔心睡不著。「結果，我反覆讀著這兩句，彷彿明白了，為什麼緊張呢？就算明天做不到預期的，有什麼關係呢？什麼都可以從頭來過。有壓力，是擔心失敗，但如果什麼都可以從頭來過，又擔心什麼呢？」當晚，泳兒睡得很好。
至於作曲和監製的馮穎琪說，「一了百了」不是代表完結，而是如何看待宇宙與萬物的循環。
「這首歌，我想以連綿的旋律表達對放下的不捨，也想以飄蕩的尾句表達生命的輕重，對，生命有時感覺很重，但只要我們願意放下就會變得輕柔。」
「這個旋律遇上耀輝無邊無際的歌詞，把歌曲的維度與闊度加深了。在這樣的想像下，我不想Vincy太用力唱，反而要學習把重量放低，在高低起跌之間表現柔韌，不要一味硬拼，而是要『放過自己』。」
生命的廣闊由生存的試煉而成。
為抱緊生命

Vicky 與 CM 、張人傑在討論編曲的 時候，也想融入「循環」。「在intro部分，用一下動盪的鐘聲來進入一剎，有如倒帶回望生命。「純潔的聲音與一陣薄弱的人聲，就像從回到生命原點去觀察自己，在黑暗之中看到光，看到從頭的可能，看到循環。」
「歌曲的段落一層一層推進，到了尾段最寬最廣最有力但同時也溫柔。最後，鐘聲再度出現，一切重新再開始。」
太多開始了
太多需要結束了
去到MV，導演Sheng 想到放棄故事線，同樣，出發點是循環，因為生死其實無法分得開。
「開始的時候，彷彿是場喪禮，但其實更像是尋找一個生機，一個出口，然後出現很多一生中可能想過一了百了的瞬間，同時穿插大自然的種種景象，最終不管我們留下什麼，總是精彩，而上天看到總會轉動新的生命。」
「而MV 的主角就是 Vincy，她的肢體動作，她的淚，都是為了美好生命呼叫。」
負責寫詞的周耀輝，一直對「一了百了」這四個字很好奇，誰沒有想過呢？但誰又真的做得到？
「因為我們總有渴望的未來，假如沒有來到，就有遺憾，但我們都堅持：生而無憾，一有這樣的想法，就很難真的一了百了，放棄不到。」
「可能，我們必須認真接受自己的渺少，然後才變得不渺少。」
