Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan has praised Taylor Swift for being an “incredibly savvy” businesswoman and “fantastic” role model for young girls.
Mr Morgan’s remarks come after the pop star was named Time magazine’s person of the year.
“If you had a young daughter you would love for her to be a Swiftie because she represents all that’s wholesome and good about the world,” he said.
“She’s also turned out to be an incredibly savvy businesswoman.
“I mean she’s generating vast amounts of cash.”
