After all those reports last week about the company possibly facing bankruptcy, they owe $1.6 million to one of their contractors. Haven't paid that bill since March, according to the contractor news came out yesterday, showing that Google is still refusing to carry truth social in their Google play store, which effectively cuts off truth social from 44% of the mobile user market. And the reason that Google is not letting truth social into their Google play store is simple. Google says that you do not have adequate content moderation policies that would comply with what we require apps to have in our Google play store. And they have repeatedly told this to truth, social. This has apparently been going on for months and months and months with true social, continuing to submit their application, to get in the Google play store and Google telling them every time you are not doing enough to moderate the hateful, insane extremist content on your platform, do that.
And you can come aboard. You can finally be available to Android users, but truth social either doesn't wanna do it, or based on what we know now, maybe they can't even afford to have people do that either way, cutting yourself off from 44%, like almost half of users in this country. Not exactly a smart business move, especially considering the very modest requirements that Google is saying. They have to meet truth. Social isn't even able to do that and to make matters even worse. Digital world acquisition, the company that is supposed to be merging with true social buying Donald Trump's entire media empire. They have seen their stock this year go from $97 in March to $25 a share this week. Meaning of course, if you invested money in digital world, you've lost 75% of it, which is funny. If you remember the fact that Marjorie Taylor GRE is one of the people who invested, I think tens of thousands of dollars. So she has effectively lost tens of thousands of dollars investing in this stupid Donald Trump social media project. It's a failure. It's been a failure from the start.
