CrossFit is a popular and challenging sport, but it has a problem: the rules for how to do
certain moves are not always clear. This can cause confusion and frustration for
athletes, judges, and spectators.
In this video, Scott Riffs argues that CrossFit needs a standardized movement rule
book. This would mean that everyone would know exactly what is expected of them
when they do a CrossFit move. This would make the sport more fair and enjoyable for
everyone.
Scott Riffs's proposal is a common-sense solution to a real problem in CrossFit. His
video is a must-watch for anyone who cares about the future of this great sport.
Discover why having written standards can benefit athletes, judges, spectators, and the
overall integrity of the sport. Watch the discussion for insights into how standardized
rules could revolutionize the CrossFit landscape.

Amy, Charlie and I talk to Saxon Panchik, the 9th Fittest Man in the World about being an affiliate owner, his upcoming wedding, his plan for the Sanctional season, his mindset that helps him keep improving and him seeing himself as good enough to be on top of the podium at the CrossFit Games.
Amy Charlie and I go deep into the lack of consistency with CrossFit in their communication, and rulings on Penalties, Amy crushes on Kahn and Charlie and I crush on Bethany, We talk about next years games dates and speculate on what that means for the competition. Plus we share what we liked the most on the internet from the week that was.
We look back at the Filthy 150, the broadcast, the events, the winners. We talk about equity in CrossFit, a sport that has men and women on equal footing. Alex Anderson's Retirement, Penalties doled out on 20.4 and our favorite things from the week.
Please know we apologize for the little bit of hissing and popping at the beginning. It was a chord issue that we were able to correct fairly quickly. The content was way to good to not share.
The Clydesdale CrossFitter is Scott Switzer, what is his story, where does he come from and the plan for these podcasts moving forward.
