In our latest episode of ‘Vs.,’ Rotten Tomatoes contributing editor Mark Ellis ascends to the peak of the Adult Animation pile to pass a profanity-heavy verdict: Is South Park or Rick and Morty the king of crass – and ingeniously satirical – primetime toons?
