An Australian-born skincare brand has been snapped-up by a cosmetics giant in a record deal. L'Oreal will acquire Aesop from its current Brazilian owner for $3.7 billion. The company was founded here in 1987 and has since expanded into 29 countries. The price tag is thought to be the biggest ever for an Australian luxury brand.
