农历新年快到了,一起来做传统腰豆饼。采用自家烤的新鲜腰豆来制作,味道提升很多,且可以加一些颗粒,口感更佳。还用了饼干模压出花和月亮形状,个个超可爱。抹上蛋液,烤出来的饼皮黄金。外皮酥脆,内馅一压边松散化开,且有腰豆小颗粒口感,香浓咸甜的腰豆味。适合当年饼。

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,立刻收收密封容器防止漏风。室温保存,要新鲜7天内吃。

Chinese New Year is coming soon, let's make Traditional Cashew Nut Cookies. Made of fresh homemade roasted Cashew Nuts, enhance the flavor a lot, mini Cashew pieces are added for better texture too. Cookies are also press out into flower/moon shape using cookie cutter, each of them is super cute. After egg wash, cookies are baked till golden on the outside. The crust is flaky, the fillings loosen into sand when you press it, yet able to bite small cashew pieces, very fragrant cashew flavor. Suitable for CNY Cookies.

Storage method: After baking, let it cool completely, immediately store in airtight container to prevent turn soft. Store at room temperature and eat within 7 days for freshness.

♦Ingredient List 食材=44pcs Cashew Nut Cookies 腰豆饼=
=(3.5cm Flower Cookie Cutter花型饼干模,4.5cm Moon Cookie Cutter 月亮饼干模)=
100g Raw Cashew Nut (Roasted, Crushed into Pieces) 生腰豆 (烤香, 搅碎)
50g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)
55g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
17g Egg 蛋液
1.5g Vanilla Extract 香草精
0.5g Salt 盐
67g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉
1g Baking Powder 泡打粉

=Decoration布置=
1 Egg Yolk 蛋黄
44g Raw Cashew Nut (Split into halves) 生腰豆 (切半)

(Preheated Oven 160C: 20minutes) (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(预热烤箱160C: 20分钟) (上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
