春节马上就要到了，大鱼大肉肯定少不了，提前准备点儿素什锦，简单营养又好吃。过去在北京，春节前肯定去稻香村买素什锦，现在自己做，也算是一种思乡的补偿吧。
每个人心中都有属于自己的素什锦，我的素什锦面筋（烤麸）是重头戏，还搭配了豆腐干、鲜香菇、木耳和花生，还可以放腐竹、鲜笋或荸荠。
