这个配方是我在韩国部队火锅鼻祖의정부市,一家非常有名的部队火锅店学到的。喜欢吃肉的小伙伴不能错过啊😃
I learned this recipe at a very famous army hot pot restaurant in 의정부, the originator of Korean army hot pot. Friends who like to eat meat can't miss it😃
1️⃣好吃秘方:
①锅底垫上洋葱,洋葱加热后变甜变鲜,成了天然的增味剂
②一定要多放肉类!午餐肉,各式的火腿肠,午餐肉,培根和肉馅儿,可以是猪肉馅,牛肉馅也可以
③泡菜一定要放,可以中和肉的油腻
④放入番茄豆子的原因为了使部队火锅更浓郁,而且微微带酸酸的番茄味,口感很好。
⑤喜欢蔬菜的小伙伴可以放自己喜欢的蔬菜,比如西葫芦,各种蘑菇等
⑥为了底汤更鲜,使用牛骨高汤,若没有可以用水代替

韩国辣椒酱 2勺
生抽 2勺
耗油 2勺
牛肉味味精 1.5勺
蒜泥 1勺
水 适量
