今天分享一款流行於台南地區的特色小吃,名字聽著嚇人,叫作「棺材板」,取的卻是「升官發財」的好彩頭,其實就是將厚吐司炸到酥脆,掏空做成殼,再填入超豐盛的配菜,各憑喜好,做法中西合璧,特別好學哦!
Today we are going to introduce a special snack from southern Taiwan. It has a weird name, Guancai Ban(coffin lid), which turns out to imply promotion and fortune. It’s actually a fried hollowed-out bread cube stuffed with rich meat and veggies. And the stuffing can be adjusted according to your own preference. Guancai Ban is a mixture of Chinese and western cooking elements, and it’s really easy to learn!
