salmon sushi rice paper wraps 🍣 ~
This is sort of like sushi in a wrap and it’s soo good 🤤🤤
A lot of people ask me where to buy salmon that’s safe to eat raw.. I’d say a Japanese grocery store is your best bet. You’ll have more selection and higher quality fish. Korean grocery stores are closer to me so that’s where I usually go.
The term “sushi-grade” can be a marketing gimmick since there really is no regulation around this term. BUT I still recommend buying sushi/sashimi grade fish because it’s usually the best cuts for eating raw and it comes all ready for you to simply slice and serve.
