椰漿飯,是很常見的東南亞街頭小吃,也是馬來西亞的國民早餐。最簡單的椰漿飯,只需用椰漿煮好米飯,加上酥脆的花生米和小魚幹,蘸一點三巴醬就可以了。現在吃法更豐富,基本都會再搭配黃瓜和雞蛋,而沙嗲雞肉串也是馬來西亞的傳統美食,非常適合搭配椰漿飯。

Nasi Lemak is a common Southeast Asian street food and a national breakfast in Malaysia. The simplest Nasi Lemak is rice cooked in coconut milk, served with crispy peanut and fried fish, dressed in sambal. Now more recipes are developed. Usually it’s served with cucumbers and eggs. Chicken satay is also a traditional Malaysian cuisine, which matches well with Nasi Lemak, meanwhile satay takes the place of sambal on chicken and rice, gets the best of both worlds.
