Today's episode I get vulnerable and discuss my ADHD journey and how for a long time it controlled my life. I want to issue a trigger warning, there are discussions about eating disorders in this episode.
ADHD affects many people and can be a frustrating and exhausting mental disorder to live with that doesn't get taken seriously enough. I want to take the time to share MY journey. My journey does not speak for anyone else's journey. These are my own experiences that I hope can be helpful for those out there struggling or for those who don't understand their loved one's struggles of being diagnosed with ADHD.
