忌廉芝士 325g
蛋 125g
淡忌廉 200g
粟粉 15g
糖 90g
做法:
忌廉芝士打鬆加入蛋、淡忌廉、粟粉、糖混合
過隔篩一次
蛋糕糊静置20分鐘鬆弛
倒入模具
預熱230度 關掉下火 (首5分鐘不用關)
焗20分鐘
放涼後放雪櫃內至定形
取出切件食用

light cream 200g
Corn flour 15g
sugar 90g
practice:
Whipped cream cheese, add eggs, light cream, corn flour, sugar and mix
sieve once
Let the cake batter rest for 20 minutes
pour into mold
Preheat to 230 degrees, turn off the heat (do not turn off for the first 5 minutes)
Bake for 20 minutes
After cooling, put it in the refrigerator until it is set
Take out and cut into pieces to eat
