京都三大祭りのトップを飾る葵祭の行列「路頭の儀」が2023年5月16日、4年ぶりに京都市内で行われた。新型コロナウイルス禍で2020年から途絶え、今年は11年ぶりに雨で順延となっていた。平安装束をまとった約500人が優雅に歩む姿を大勢の人が見守り、新緑の都大路が華やいだ。
