食材:
杏鲍菇 200克、盐 ¼茶匙、黑胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、
面粉 1½汤匙、地瓜粉 3汤匙、马麦酱 ½茶匙、
酱油 1茶匙,素鱼露 ½汤匙、黑酱油 ¼茶匙、
糖 1汤匙、清水 ¼杯
Ingredients:
King Oyster Mushroom 200g, Salt ¼tsp, black pepper ¼tsp,
Plain flour 1½tbsp, Sweet potato starch 3tbsp,
Marmite ½tsp,Soy sauce ½tbsp, vegan fish sauce ½tbsp,
Dark soy sauce ¼tsp, sugar 1tbsp, Water ¼cup

”马麦酱“是用啤酒酿造过程中最后沉淀堆积的酵母制作而成的。含有蔬菜提取物、香料提取物、硫胺素、烟酸、核黄素、叶酸、芹菜提取物和维生素B12。颜色为浓棕色,质地很粘稠,风味独特。主要在英国及新西兰生产,含有丰富的维生素B。除了原味马麦酱,现在还推出了蓝色包装的少盐版。最常见的吃法就是把马麦酱直接抹在吐司面包上了。也可以先抹上黄油,再抹一层马麦酱,会更香。在香港、新加坡、马来西亚的华人地区,会用马麦酱给粥调味。
"Marmite" is made from the yeast that settles and accumulates at the end of the beer brewing process. Contains vegetable extracts, spice extracts, thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid, celery extract and vitamin B12. The color is dark brown, the texture is very viscous, and the flavor is unique. Mainly produced in the UK and New Zealand, it is rich in B vitamins. In addition to the original Marmite, a reduced-salt version in blue packaging is now available.
