- Check with your employer to see if you have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Most places have this and they provide a few free counseling sessions.
- If you have health insurance, log into your insurance portal and see if you can schedule a telehealth appointment. It is usually inexpensive compared to an office visit and you can see a doctor, or mental health professional via phone or video.
