Ingredients:
One packet Korean rice cake 600g
Water for soaking the rice cake
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 onion
2 to 3 fresh shiitake mushrooms
1/2 leek
1/2 carrot
200g beef
Vegetable oil
Beef marinate ingredients:
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tbsps soy sauce
Pepper powder
1 Tbsp sesame oil
6 garlic cloves minced
Rice cake seasoning ingredients:
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sesame oil
Extra seasoning ingredients:
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp cornsyrup
80ml water
Garnish ingredients:
1egg ( egg white and yolk) separate
Spring onions
Sesame seeds
