1️⃣好吃秘诀:
①选择去骨鸡腿肉,提前用牛奶腌制半小时,为了肉质更嫩滑
②底料中加入梨汁也是为了使得鸡肉更嫩,底料做好后放在常温发酵半小时左右,味道会更浓郁
③摆盘时,先把含水分多的洋白菜和洋葱平铺在锅底,之后依次放入地瓜,大葱,年糕,最后放鸡排
④最后吃得剩下一些汤底和鸡肉时候,放入米饭和喜欢的蔬菜一起炒,浇上香油,味道简直绝了!

韩国辣椒酱 2勺
牛肉味味精 1勺
咖喱粉 2勺
蒜泥 1勺
白糖 3勺
料酒 4勺
酱油 2勺
液体糖 3勺
梨汁 适量
