日本餓底這次為大家介紹的餐廳，是位於關西大阪心齋橋附近的一間小店。 這間隱身於小巷裏的炸豬扒店，看似平平無奇，但其實曾獲得米芝蓮必比登推介， 在日本食評網站平價亦不俗。 餐廳面積不大，只有十數個座位，食物及店面均由主廚兼老闆主理。餐廳所有食物皆是即叫即炸，因製作需時，平均需10至20分鐘烹調。 主打的當然是炸豬扒，選用鹿兒島國產豬肉，肉和脂肪的比例分佈平均，不會過於油膩，同時亦能保持內裏肉汁，入口香脆肉嫩。 如果喜歡豐富的油脂感，可以試特選擇豬扒。豬扒採用了油脂相對豐富的霜降部位，配上厚切做法，每一啖都充滿
