肉骨茶是新加坡和馬來最著名的街頭小吃之一,肉骨茶中的茶,其實就是肉湯,最常見的搭配是排骨加上中藥材一同熬煮,還可以添加豬肚和五花肉等,吃時只要需佐上油條和一碟醬油就已無比美味!
Bak-Kut-Teh is one of the most famous street snacks in Singapore and Malaysia. It dispels dampness and coldness, and eliminates fatigue. There are different styles of Bak-Kut-Teh. The “Teh” refers to broth, and one of the most common recipes is boiling ribs and herbs together. You can also add pork tripe and marbled pork. Serve hot with deep-fried dough sticks and dipping sauce. The leftover broth can be used to boil vegetables, fancy or simple according to your budget.
