Ingredients材料:
160g Marie biscuits, finely crushed (马利饼干碎)
100g butter (牛油)

500g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
130g caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs (鸡蛋)
200g sour cream (酸奶油)
1 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
20g / 3 tbsp corn flour (玉米粉)
125g blueberries (蓝莓)

Crumble (脆饼):
50g butter (牛油)
60g caster sugar (细砂糖)
100g cup plain flour (普通面粉)
100g blueberries (蓝莓)

Bake in water bath at 170°C for 70minutes.
用水浴法,以170°C烤70分钟。
