材料 ingredients
甘筍 2條 carrots 2
冬菇 5-6隻 Dried mushrooms 5-6
洋蔥 1個 onion 1
菠菜苗 半斤 Spinach 300g
韓國粉絲 半包 Korean Glass Noodles 1/2 Bag
肥牛 半磅 sliced beef 1/2 pround
蒜蓉 1大匙 Minced Garlic 1 tbsp


汁料
醬油 4大匙 soy sauce 4 tbsp
味醂 1大匙 mirin 1 tbsp
麻油 1.5大匙 sesame oil 1.5 tbsp
糖 2小匙 sugar 2 tsp
胡椒粉 1小匙 white pepper powder 1 tsp
韓國辣椒粉 2小匙(沒有可略)
Korean chili powder 2tsp (ignore if you don't have it)
