高中 DSE 衝刺期，我曾經有半年時間每天凌晨5點就爬起床溫習，為的就是每天上學前都能鍛鍊自己的語文能力。每當和別人提起這段經歷，他們都會問：你為什麼能這麼自律？自律是天生的嗎？當然不是！其實我和每個人一樣，都有頹廢的時刻，也不是每時每刻都能保持自律。只是一直以來我都按著「自律5部曲」，慢慢就能養成自律的習慣。想知道怎麼才能做到，就繼續看下去吧！
