Ingredients:

1 egg
1 Chinese sausage
1 small piece of Chinese bacon
3-4 bok choy
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 shallot
2 scallions
3/4 cup jasmine rice/white rice
3/4 cup water

Special soy sauce:
1 tsp oil
1 shallot
4 ginger slices
2 scallions (white part)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

1 小塊 臘肉
3-4 棵 白菜
1 小塊 薑
1 個 紅蔥頭
2 棵 青蔥
3/4 杯 白米
3/4 杯 水
