Luosi, or river snail, is Guangxi people’s favorite. They can’t live without Luosi Rice Noodle, and they also boast a delicious stew, Luosi and Duck Feet Stew. Duck feet are fried to crispy and golden, and then stewed tender, and later simmered with Luosi and Suansun (pickled bamboo shoot). With potatoes, tofu skin and taro added, the dish is both delicious and satisfying!
