☘️奶茶液制作(制作出65克奶茶液)
牛奶 110克
伯爵红茶茶包 3袋

☘️伯爵红茶蛋糕
大号鸡蛋 4个(60-65克连壳)
低筋面粉 75克
植物油 50克
奶茶液65克
细砂糖 70克
少量柠檬汁
茶末 1份

☘️红茶奶油芝士馅
奶油奶酪 50克
茶末 1份
奶油 200克
糖粉 20克

☘️**预热烤箱160C/320F
** 160C/320F烤制28分钟

☘️请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。

3 Earl Grey Teabags

☘️ Grey Earl Cake
4 Large eggs (60-65g/each with shell)
Cake flour 75g
Vegetable oil 50g
Milk tea 65g
Caster sugar 70g
Lemon juice
Tea dust

☘️Cream cheese filling with tea dust
Cream cheese 50g
Tea dust
Cream 200g
Icing sugar 20g

☘️ ** Preheat oven to 160C/320F
** Bake at 160C/320F for 28 minutes
