300g (2 cups) all-purpose flour 普通面粉
A pinch of salt 盐
6 tbsp (85g) butter 黄油
1 egg 鸡蛋
60g (1/4 cup) water 水
1 lbs (0.45kg) beef chuck pot roast 牛肩肉
5 dried shiitake mushrooms 香菇
1 onion 洋葱
1 carrot 胡萝卜
1 (140g) five spice flavored tofu 香干
9g ginger 姜
1tbsp cooking wine 料酒
1tsp salt 盐
1tsp black pepper 胡椒粉
1/4 tsp cumin powder 孜然粉
1 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp oyster sauce 蚝油
Egg wash 蛋液
