中式燒春雞, 零失敗!
沒有技巧可言但又可以好好食
最適合煮黎impress男朋友/老公

材料
春雞1隻
米酒2湯匙
生抽3湯匙
老抽1湯匙
魚露1湯匙
五香粉1/2茶匙
花椒粉1/2茶匙
胡椒粉1/2茶匙
海鹽少許
八角2粒
香葉4片

做法
1. 先混合所有食材,除海鹽和雞
2. 用廚房紙將春雞印乾,從背部嘅中間位一剪至尾,可將屁股剪掉
3.用刀切開這個軟骨位便可將春雞攤平
4.將雞皮向下,醃最少半天至過夜,中途將雞返轉以便醃得均勻
5.醃好後用錫紙將翼尖和雞槌位包起以免燒焦
6.擺入已預熱嘅焗爐,用200度焗30分鐘
7.拿出後讓雞休息十分鐘,在上面灑少許海鹽便可進食

Spring Chicken - 1 pc
Chinese rice wine - 2 tablespoon
Light soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
5 spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Sichuan peppercorn powder - 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper power - 1/2 teaspoon
Sea salt - a pinch
Star anise - 2 pcs
Bay leave - 4 pcs
