食譜:
烤盤尺寸:27*38釐米
麵包8個

高筋麵粉 280克
(或中筋麵粉290克)
室溫牛奶120克
室溫水80克
食用油50克
白糖20克
鹽3克
酵母4克

分層:
融化黃油30克
食用油30克

表面:
蛋黃一個
牛奶10克

烘烤:
*烤箱提前預熱15分鐘
185°C (或365°F)
25分鐘

過程與Tips:
1、室溫牛奶、室溫水、酵母、白糖,攪拌融化,麵粉分兩次加入,第二次加入麵粉時加上鹽。材料拌勻後加入油,揉麵8~10分鐘。
2、麵團切割成4份,滾圓小麵團後靜置鬆弛30分鐘。(室溫)注意蓋好麵團表面,避免變乾。
3、案板抹油,手上抹油,把麵團經歷攤開到最薄的狀態。淋上混合好融化黃油和食用油的混合油。切成2半,推麵皮輕輕堆在一起。卷攏。注意收口壓在麵包底部。
4、在烤盤裡發酵到兩倍大體積。(參考時間溫度60分鐘,30°C)蛋黃加一勺牛奶,混合好后刷麵包表面。
5、烤箱提前預熱15分鐘,185°C烘烤25分鐘。

* Preheat oven 15 minutes in advance
185°C (or 365°F)
25 minutes

Process and Tips:
1. Room temperature milk, room temperature water, yeast, sugar, stir to melt, add flour in two times, add salt when adding flour for the second time. After mixing the ingredients, add oil and knead for 8-10 minutes.
2. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, roll the dough into small balls and let it rest for 30 minutes. (room temperature) Be careful to cover the surface of the dough to avoid drying.
3. Grease the chopping board, grease your hands, and spread the dough to the thinnest state. Drizzle with a mixture of melted butter and cooking oil. Cut into 2 halves and push the dough to lightly pile together. rolled up. Note that the closure is at the bottom of the bread.
4. Ferment until doubled in volume in a baking pan. (Reference time and temperature 60 minutes, 30°C) Add a spoonful of milk to egg yolks, mix well and brush the surface of the bread.
5. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes in advance and bake at 185°C for 25 minutes.
