＃おせち料理＃黒豆の煮方＃簡単おせち
今日は、おせち料理の定番、黒豆をご紹介します。
圧力鍋で作るので、あっという間に出来ますよ☺️
動画で南部鉄を使用していますが、無くても全然構わないですよ👌
（入れるとより黒く仕上がります。）

◉作り方
乾燥黒豆 150g
砂糖 50g＋大さじ３
水 600cc
① ボウルに水を張って優しく黒豆を入れて洗います。
② ボウルに黒豆と水600cc、砂糖50g、南部鉄を入れてラップをして一晩置いておきます。（冷蔵庫）
③ 圧力鍋へ漬け汁ごと入れます。
（南部鉄も入れてください。）
④ 火にかけオモリが回り始めたら弱火にして20分加圧します。
⑤ オモリが下がったら蓋を開けて鉄を取り出し
今度は煮汁が少なくなるまで煮詰めたら完成です。
🌸 豆が煮汁に浸っているとシワもよらずツヤツヤに仕上がりますよ✨

Today, I'd like to introduce you to black beans, a staple of New Year's cuisine.
It's made in a pressure cooker, so it's ready in no time ☺️
I use Nanbu Railway in the video, but you don't have to worry about it at all.
(Adding it will make the finish darker.)
Dried black beans 150g
Sugar 50g + 3 tablespoons
Water 600cc
① Fill a bowl with water and gently add the black beans and wash.
② Put the black beans, 600cc of water, 50g of sugar, and Nanbu iron in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave overnight. (refrigerator)
③ Add the pickling liquid to the pressure cooker.
(Please include Nanbu Railway as well.)
④ When the weight starts to turn over the fire, reduce the heat to low and pressurize for 20 minutes.
⑤ When the weight is lowered, open the lid and take out the iron.
This time, simmer until the broth is reduced and it's done.
🌸 If the beans are soaked in the broth, they will be shiny and wrinkle-free ✨
